How to Sign in KuCoin account【PC】
First, you need to access kucoin.com. Please click the “Log In“ button in the upper right corner of the website.Here you are offered two ways to log in KuCoin account:
1. With Password
Enter your E-mail address/phone number and password. Then, click the “Log In” button.
2. With QR Code
Open KuCoin App and scan the QR code to log in.
Notes:
1. If you do not remember your password, please click the "Forgot Password?" tab;
2. If you meet Google 2FA issues, please click Google 2FA issues;
3. If you meet mobile phone issues, please click Phone Binding Issues;
4. If you entered the wrong password five times, your account will be locked for 2 hours.
How to Sign in KuCoin account【APP】
Open the KuCoin App you downloaded and tap [Account] in the upper left corner.Tap [Log In].
Login via phone number
- Input country code and phone number.
- Input the password.
- Tap "Log In" button.
Now you can successfully use your KuCoin account to trade.
Login via Email
- Input your email and password that you specified during registration on the login page.
- Tap “Log In”.
Now you can successfully use your KuCoin account to trade.
Reset/Forgot Login Password
- Please refer to [Option 1] if you wanna update the login password.
- Please refer to [Option 2] if you forgot the login password and cant log in either.
Option 1: Update a New Password
Please find the "Change" button of the "Login Password" section in "Security Settings":
Then, please enter your current password, set your new password, and click "Submit" to complete.
Option 2: Forgot Login Password
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Then input your E-mail address or phone number and click "Send Code" button. Please check in your mailbox/phone for the email verification code. Click "Submit" after filling in the verification code you received.
Now you can set a new login password. Please make sure the password is complicated enough and saved properly. To ensure the account security, please do NOT use the same password which you have used somewhere else.Please note: Before entering the E-mail address/phone, please make sure it is already registered on KuCoin. The email/SMS verification code is valid for 10 minutes.
How to Withdraw from KuCoin
What is withdrawal
Withdraw, which means transfer tokens from KuCoin to other platforms, as the sending side--this transaction is a withdrawal from KuCoin while it is a deposit for the receiving platform. For example, you can withdraw BTC from KuCoin to other BTC wallets on other platforms, but you cant transfer money to other platforms from KuCoin directly.Holding account: We now support withdrawing funds from Main/Futures(Just for several tokens for now) account directly, so please make sure to hold your funds in the Main/Futures account, you need to transfer funds to the Main account via transfer function if youre currently holding funds in other KuCoin accounts.
How to Withdraw Coins
Get your account settings prepared: To make a withdrawal, you need to enable "Phone Number+Trading Password" or "Email+Google 2fa+Trading Password", all can be set/reset from the account security settings page.Step 1:
Web: Log in to your KuCoin account, then find the withdrawal page. You may type the token name in the search box, or scroll down and click on the token you want to withdraw.
App: Log in to your KuCoin account, then click "Assets" - "Withdraw" to enter the withdrawal page.
Step 2:
Once you have selected the correct token, you will need to add the wallet address (composed of remark name and address), select the chain, and enter the amount. The Remark is optional. Then click "Confirm" to carry out the withdrawal.
* Kind reminder:
1. For tokens such as USDT that support different public chains, the system will identify the public chain automatically according to the address input.
2. If the balance is insufficient when conducting a withdrawal, its likely that your assets are stored in the trading account. Please transfer the assets to the main account first.
3. If the address shows that "Contain invalid or sensitive information" or is incorrect, please double-check the withdrawal address or contact online support for further check. For some tokens, we just support transferring them via a specific mainnet chain instead of ERC20 or BEP20 chain, such as DOCK, XMR, etc. Please do not transfer tokens via unsupported chains or addresses.
4. You can check the min withdrawal amount as well as the withdrawal fee on the withdrawal page.
Step 3:
Input your trading password E-mail verification code Google 2FA code or SMS verification code to complete all the withdrawal steps.
Notes:
1. We will process your withdrawal within 30 minutes. To enhance the security of your assets, if your withdrawal amount is larger than a certain amount, we have to manually process your request. It depends on the blockchain when the assets will finally be transferred to your receiving wallet.
2. Please double-check your withdrawal address and token type. If the withdrawal succeeds at KuCoin, it is no longer able to be canceled.
3. Different tokens charge different withdrawal fees. You can check the fee amount on the withdrawal page by searching that token after logging in.
4. KuCoin is a digital currency trading platform, and we dont support fiat money withdrawal and trading. If you have any questions, please contact the online support for further help.
How to Sell Coins on KuCoin P2P Fiat Trade

How to transfer between internal accounts on KuCoin?
KuCoin supports internal transfers. Customers can transfer tokens of the same type directly from account A to account B of KuCoin. The operation process is as follows:1. Log in to www.kucoin.com, find the withdrawal page. Select the token you want to transfer.
2. Internal transfers are free of fee and arrive quickly. For example, if you want to transfer KCS between KuCoin accounts, enter the KCS wallet address of KuCoin directly. The system will automatically identify the address that belongs to KuCoin and check "Internal transfer" by default. If you want to transfer by the way which can be on the blockchain, then just cancel the "Internal transfer" option directly.

To enhance the security of your account and assets, your withdrawal function will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours and cannot be manually reset when the following situations occur:- Phone binding

Withdrawal did not go through
Firstly, please log in to KuCoin. Then check the status of your withdrawal through"Assets-Overview-Withdraw"1. "Pending" status on the withdrawal history.
We will process your withdrawal in 30-60 minutes. It depends on the blockchain as to when the assets will finally be transferred to your wallet. To enhance the security of your assets, if your withdrawal amount is larger than a certain amount, we have to manually process your transaction in 4-8 hours. Please, always double-check your withdrawal address.
If you need a large withdrawal to be made quickly, it is recommended that you withdraw several smaller amounts. By doing it this way, it will not require manual processing by the KuCoin team.
2. "Processing" status on the withdrawal history.
Withdrawal is usually completed within 2-3 hours, so please wait patiently. If the withdrawal status is still "processing" after 3 hours, please contact online support.

Made a Withdrawal to the wrong address
1. If the status is "pending" on the withdrawal records.You may cancel this withdrawal by yourself. Please click on the "Cancel" button. You may re-process the withdrawal with the correct address.
2. If the status is "processing" on the withdrawal records.

3. If the status is "succeeded" on the withdrawal records.
